Last checked: 4 October 2026. Every fact on this page comes from three places: the footer and terms of the operator's live site, the redirect of its root domain, and the Anjouan licence register. Where something is not published, we say so.

Who Holds the BETX Licence

The footer of the live BETX site states that betx1000.com is owned and operated by Belincore Limitada, registration number 3102931289, with a registered address in San Pedro, San José, Costa Rica, and that it is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence No. ALSI-202410044-FI2. The operator's general terms (last updated 15 January 2026) name the same company as the "Provider".

What the Licence Register Shows

We looked the licence up in the Vantegris License Index, a CC BY 4.0 mirror of the official Anjouan register fetched on 27 September 2026 (vantegris.com/data/anjouan). The entry for Belincore Limitada matches the footer exactly: licence ALSI-202410044-FI2, status valid, type B2C, issued 18 October 2024. The licence seal on the current mirror also showed the licence as valid when we checked it on 4 October 2026.

Two details matter. First, the licence expires on 17 October 2026 - thirteen days after our check. A renewal may well be filed; it was not visible in the register data we had. The status must be re-checked after 17 October 2026: if you read this after that date, check the official verify page at anjouangaming.com (Public Register, "Verify a licence") before depositing. Second, the licence covers seven domains: betomi.com, betx1000.com, ekolbet.com, euro88tr.com, gamino1.com, kumarbaz777.com and scoras.io. Only the root betx1000.com is there - none of the numbered mirrors the root domain forwards to.

Several other register entries contain "betx" in a domain - betx2.com, sharpbetx.com, anybetx.com, betxstar.com, betxhub247.com - but they belong to other companies. They are not this operator, and a site on one of those domains is not BETX.

Why the BETX Address Keeps Changing

If you arrived here after a link stopped working, this is the section you came for. BETX rotates numbered mirror domains, and the root domain betx1000.com forwards to whichever one is current. This is common for operators serving Turkey, where gambling domains are blocked at network level. It is also the biggest opening for fraud in this market, because players get used to accepting a new address from whoever offers one first.

The safe way to find the current address

• Start from the root domain - betx1000.com - and follow where it forwards. It is the only domain on the licence and the only fixed reference point.
• Do not trust a numbered domain sent by message, posted in a forum or shown as a search advertisement unless the root domain forwards to it.
• Check the footer of the site you land on: it should name Belincore Limitada and licence ALSI-202410044-FI2. The number in the domain changes; the company and the licence do not.
• We found no BETX app in the site configuration. Treat an "official app" offered as an alternative way in as unverified.

What an Anjouan Licence Does and Does Not Give You

An Anjouan licence is a real authorisation: the holder is a named company answerable to a regulator, with a public register entry. According to the licence seal page, Anjouan licensees must offer self-exclusion, deposit limits and an independent dispute-resolution service. It is still a lighter-touch regime than Malta or the United Kingdom, whose regulators publish detailed player-protection codes and handle more of the supervision themselves.

It does have an independent complaint route. Under the Anjouan regulator's Player Complaint Process (anjouangaming.com, third-party complaint policy), you complain to the operator first, using the licence seal on its site; the operator has 30 days to resolve it, after which you can escalate to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider - EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V. - at the operator's cost. The regulator itself does not adjudicate individual disputes. BETX's own terms add their own deadlines: a complaint is only considered if sent within 10 days of the disputed event (to [email protected] or via the support page), the operator aims to review it within 30 business days, and if management does not resolve it, the player "may contact the relevant gambling regulator".

Terms That Decide What You Can Withdraw

Independent listings often describe BETX as having no withdrawal limits. The operator's own general terms are more specific:

• Each deposit must be wagered to at least 70% of its amount before it can be withdrawn. An earlier withdrawal is at the operator's discretion and costs a fee of at least 10% of the deposit.
• If the cashier shows no minimum, the minimum withdrawal is USD 100. The payment provider may limit the maximum per transaction, in which case the payout is split into instalments.
• A single bet may not exceed USD 500, and a single win may not exceed USD 1,000,000. Wins above USD 50,000 are credited only after manual verification.
• Any withdrawal request triggers full identity verification (photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months). Documents must be supplied within 24 hours when requested.
• The terms say a withdrawal "may take up to one banking day". No measured payout times are published, and we have not tested any.

Countries the Operator Excludes

The general terms list these "Restricted Countries": Australia, Austria, Belarus, the Comoros, France, Germany, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. Under clause 2.6, money deposited by someone who should not have opened an account becomes, in the operator's words, a gift to the Provider, and any payout must be returned. Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location is prohibited (clause 11.12). Finland and Turkey are not on the list.

A licence claim in a footer is a claim, not proof. Note the licence number, the company and the regulator, then search the regulator's own register. Do not rely on a "verified" badge on the site itself.

Search by company, not only by domain

Registers store the domains a licence was filed for. An operator that rotates numbered mirrors will fail a search for the mirror and pass a search for its company and root domain - exactly what happens with BETX.

Check the expiry date

The register entry has a validity period. A licence that runs out next month is a different proposition from one with years left. For BETX, this is the most important line in the entry right now.
