Site Terms of Use and BETX's Rules in Brief

Last checked: 4 October 2026. This page has two parts. The first is the terms of use of this website, betx1000.net, an independent information site that is not run by the casino. The second is a plain-language summary of the rules the operator of BETX publishes for its players, with clause numbers so you can check them yourself.

Part 1: Terms of Use of This Website

Who we are

betx1000.net is an independent information site about the BETX (Betx1000) sportsbook and casino. We are not the operator, we do not hold player accounts or money, and we cannot open, close, verify or pay out any account. For anything to do with an account, contact the operator directly.

How we earn money

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register with the operator through one of them, we may receive a commission. This does not change what we write: the facts on this site come from the operator's own pages and the licence register, each with a check date.

Accuracy of information

Bonuses, domains and terms change without notice. We record the date of every check and correct pages when we find a change, but the operator's current terms always take precedence over this site. Read them before you deposit.

Age and legality

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Whether online gambling is legal for you depends on where you live. It is your responsibility to check, and you should not use a VPN or similar tool to get around a restriction - the operator's own terms forbid it.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial advice or a promise of winnings. Gambling involves the risk of losing money. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for decisions made by the operator, including refused withdrawals, closed accounts or changed promotions, nor for losses resulting from gambling. Links to third-party sites are provided for information; we do not control their content.

Part 2: The Operator's Rules in Brief

The following summarises the "General Terms and Conditions" published on the BETX site (last updated by the operator on 15 January 2026, read on 4 October 2026). The operator's text is in Turkish and English; if anything here differs from it, the operator's text applies.

Who the contract is with

The "Provider" is Belincore Limitada, registration number 3102931289, registered in San José, Costa Rica, holding an Anjouan gaming licence (ALSI-202410044-FI2 according to the site footer). Payments may be handled by separate payment agents acting for the Provider.

Who may play

• Players must be at least 18, or older if local law sets a higher age.
• Residents of the "Restricted Countries" may not play: Australia, Austria, Belarus, the Comoros, France, Germany, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
• If someone who does not meet these conditions opens an account, the deposits become "a gift" to the Provider, which does not have to return them (clause 2.6).
• VPNs and proxy servers are prohibited (clause 11.12).

Accounts

• One account per person. Accounts of family members, a household, or users sharing an e-mail, phone, payment account, IP address or computer may be treated as one person (clause 4.1).
• Several accounts on one IP address lead to permanent closure and removal of winnings; the deposit is returned (clauses 4.2 and 4.15).
• Identity documents may be requested at any time and must be supplied within 24 hours (clauses 4.5 and 4.17).
• An inactivity fee of USD 5 per month may be charged after 12 months without activity while the balance is positive (clause 5.6).

Bets and wins

• A single bet: minimum USD 1, maximum USD 500. A single win: maximum USD 1,000,000, jackpots included. Wins above USD 50,000 are credited after verification (clause 5.8).
• Financial objections must be raised within 72 hours (clause 5.9).
• The internal currency of the website is USD, so currency conversion may apply to deposits and withdrawals (clauses 6.4 and 7.5).

Deposits and withdrawals

• Only payment accounts in your own name may be used; withdrawals go back to the account used for depositing (clauses 6.2 and 7.3).
• Each deposit must be wagered to 70% of its amount before withdrawal; an earlier withdrawal is discretionary and carries a fee of at least 10% (clause 7.2).
• If the cashier states no other figure, the minimum deposit is USD 5 and the minimum withdrawal USD 100 (clauses 6.3 and 7.4).
• A withdrawal "may take up to one banking day" and may be split into instalments (clauses 7.4 and 7.6).
• Full identity verification is required for any withdrawal and once lifetime deposits exceed EUR 10,000 (AML/KYC policy).

Fraud and advantage play

Collusion, multiple accounts, chargebacks, coordinated betting and "advantage gambling in the broadest sense" count as fraud. The Provider may suspend the account and withdrawals and, if fraud is proven, keep the balance (clause 9).

Complaints

Complaints go to customer support or [email protected] within 10 days of the event. The Provider confirms receipt and aims to review the complaint within 30 business days. If management does not resolve it, the player may contact the gambling regulator (clause 10). Under the Anjouan regulator's published process, an unresolved complaint can go to an approved dispute resolution provider after 30 days, at the operator's cost - see our licensing page.

Responsible gambling tools

The operator's responsible gambling page offers time, deposit and spending limits (daily, weekly or monthly, each for up to six months), a 7-day cooling-off period and self-exclusion for at least six months, requested through customer support. Loosening a limit is at the operator's discretion. It links to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare.

Bonuses

One bonus per deposit; a bonus has to be activated before the deposit; promotion abuse can lead to suspension or closure (clause 13). The conditions of each of the eight current promotions are on our bonuses page.
